Reverend Darrell Armstrong, MDiv, EdS is the Pastor of the Shiloh Baptist Church in Trenton, NJ. Rev. Armstrong is an acclaimed speaker, writer, workshop facilitator and religious leader. He is a national leader on issues pertaining to child welfare and family strengthening, particularly foster and kinship care. He serves as a consultant on several federal, state and county initiatives. Rev. Armstrong holds a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University, an MDiv from the Princeton Theological Seminary, and an EdS from The College of New Jersey. A graduate of the foster care system himself, Rev. Armstrong has worked to strengthen families and improve the lives of children. His work earned him the Casey Family Foundation Excellence for Children award in 2014.
