This year we will be hosting a Week of HOPE, this will take place March 7 – 11, 2022. Throughout the week we will highlight all the amazing work of HOPE featuring the many organizations we have worked with and who use HOPE to support children, families, and communities. The HOPE framework offers a new approach that brings identifying, celebrating, and promoting positive experiences to the forefront of care.
To declare this an official week of HOPE, we have created a proclamation to be submitted to elected officials to make the week of March 7 the official Week of HOPE. This would allow us to share and spread HOPE to all communities across the country. This process is straightforward and easy to do: to make this an official Week of HOPE please fill-in this proclamation and send it to elected officials in your community such as the mayor, city council, governor, or even your member of Congress.
The highlight of the week will be the second annual HOPE Summit: Growing HOPE. Keynote speaker Wendy Ellis will speak about building resilient communities, and we will all have an opportunity to hear from those who have moved this field forward, who inspire us, and to engage in hands on workshops. We will also be sharing new resources online and activities for families and children, posting special blogs and podcasts featuring members of our HOPE National Advisory Board.
Please follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter, where we will be hosting virtual conversations and sharing HOPE-related resources.
